SUMMARY: The Sr. Employment Support Professional supports individuals with disabilities to identify employment goals, build workplace skills, and succeed in competitive, integrated jobs. This community-based role includes hands-on coaching, employer collaboration, and timely documentation to meet program and funding requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree required with more than two years of experience in vocational services, supported employment, workforce development, or human services. Valid NYS driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

- Complete person-centered assessments to identify interests, strengths, and employment goals
- Build relationships with employers and community partners to identify and secure job opportunities
- Provide on-site and off-site job coaching to teach job tasks, promote independence, and support retention
- Develop and implement individualized employment and training plans aligned with person-centered planning
