SUMMARY: Provide services under the direct supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- To assist in providing occupational therapy for individuals evaluated by the occupational therapist and in conjunction with OT treatment plan.
- Follow the treatment plan established by the OT.
- Work in conjunction with the individual's physician and therapist in course of treatment.

Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Certified occupational therapy assistant with appropriate NYS license/eligibility.
