What You'll Do
Our Safety & Wellness Coordinator will coordinate workplace safety, injury prevention, and OSHA compliance. This role will manage workers' compensation claims, employee injury reporting, and return-to-work programs. They will support employee wellness programs focused on health, attendance, and injury reduction, and track, analyze, and report safety, injury, and workers' compensation data.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent certification (RN, LPN, PT, Safety Professional, Health Coach, etc.)
- 2–4 years of experience in safety, wellness, HR, or workers' compensation
- Strong communication, organization, and data skills
- Ability to work independently and present information to groups
- Valid driver's license

Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
