We are seeking a passionate, people-centered Residential Manager to lead residential services that empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to live meaningful, fulfilling lives. What You'll Do
Lead and Inspire a Strong Team
- Supervise, coach, and develop residential staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered services.
- Build a positive team culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.
- Support staff training, performance management, scheduling, and professional development.
Create Homes Where People Thrive
- Oversee daily residential operations to ensure individuals receive safe, consistent, and individualized support.
- Promote independence, self-advocacy, informed choice, and participation in everyday life.
- Ensure individualized support plans are implemented effectively and reflect each person's goals, preferences, and needs.
- Foster welcoming home environments that promote dignity, belonging, and quality of life.
Partner with Families and the Community
- Build meaningful relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and support coordinators.
- Communicate proactively and work collaboratively to address concerns and celebrate progress.
- Connect residents with opportunities for community participation, recreation, relationships, and personal growth.
Champion Quality, Safety, and Compliance
- Ensure residential services meet applicable licensing, regulatory, documentation, and organizational requirements.
- Monitor health, safety, medication-related procedures, incidents, and risk-management practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, strengthen systems, and enhance the resident experience.

You bring:
- Experience leading, supervising, or developing teams in residential services, disability services, healthcare, behavioral health, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- The ability to coach employees, manage competing priorities, and make thoughtful decisions.
- A commitment to person-centered practices, individual rights, dignity, and independence.
- A willingness to be hands-on, adaptable, and responsive in a dynamic residential environment.
Experience supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and knowledge of applicable Florida residential service requirements are highly valued.
