Help new hires feel connected and prepared for success. In this role, you'll coordinate onboarding and orientation, deliver training, support employees throughout their first year, and help maintain the agency's training programs.
Position Details
Location: Ballston Spa, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation
- Conduct and support employee training programs
- Serve as a resource for employees
- Maintain training schedules, materials and records
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs
- Support agency-wide employee engagement and development

Experience
Required- Bachelor’s degree preferred; or Associate’s degree with 2 years of related experience; or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of related experience.
Education
Required- High School / GED or better
