What You’ll Do
As a Residential DSP, you’ll work as part of a supportive team helping individuals with daily routines, personal goals, and community involvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily living skills and personal care
- Supporting meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping
- Administering medications (paid training provided)
- Providing transportation to appointments and community activities
- Completing documentation accurately and timely
- Promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion
- Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of residents
Flexible PRN Scheduling
Our residential program operates 24/7, and PRN staff help cover:
- Call-outs
- Vacations
- Open shifts
- Emergency staffing needs

PRN Requirement:
To maintain active PRN status, employees must work a minimum of 4 shifts during each 6-week scheduling period.
Pay & Benefits
- $19.68/hour starting rate
- Additional $2.00/hour weekend differential

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Clean driving record, criminal background, and drug screen required
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Ability to complete required trainings including CPR, First Aid, and Med Tech Certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred
This position requires the ability to:
- Assist with a variety of personal care needs
- Lift and assist individuals with mobility needs
- Frequently stand, bend, push, pull, and reposition individuals
- Safely assist with transfers and wheelchair securement
- Use lifts and mobility equipment including Hoyer lifts
