We are seeking a motivated, collaborative, and compassionate Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to transition from graduate school to independent practice. You will provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services while receiving dedicated, high-quality mentorship. Your fellowship will satisfy all ASHA and state regulatory requirements to help you achieve your full state license as well as national certification CCC-SLP.

What You’ll Do
- Provide caregiver coaching using a family-centered, routines-based approach
- Perform formal and informal developmental evaluations
- Deliver direct therapy services as appropriate
- Assess equipment needs and guide caregivers in use
- Complete session documentation and billing per state EI requirements
- Maintain required direct service levels
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with staff and county partners
- Complete 24 hours of required annual state EI training
- Flexible contract schedule

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Eligible for a provisional/temporary state license prior to the start date.
- Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of evidence-based practices and a variety of clinical modalities.
- Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills.
- Status: Must need to complete the standard ASHA Clinical Fellowship (minimum 1,260 hours and 36 weeks).
