What You’ll Do
- Encourage and escort residents to daily activities
- Create a fun, welcoming, and engaging environment
- Lead or assist with games, music, crafts, exercise, and social programs
- Provide one-on-one visits for residents who prefer quieter interaction
- Adapt activities when needed while staying aligned with the daily plan
- Build trust with residents and families through kindness and consistency
- Support the team wherever needed
- A genuine passion for working with seniors
- Cheerful, friendly, and naturally encouraging personality
- Someone who can get residents interested—even when they’re hesitant
- A team player who follows the plan but adapts when needed

- Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year working with seniors (paid or volunteer)
