As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Arbor Company, you'll play an important role in providing compassionate, personalized care to our residents.
You'll:
- Assist residents with medications, treatments, and ongoing health monitoring
- Respond to resident needs with compassion, professionalism, and urgency
- Communicate timely and accurate updates to families, physicians, and other healthcare providers
- Implement individualized care plans that support residents' physical and psychosocial well-being
- Partner with the care team to create a safe, supportive, and positive environment for residents
- Current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
