As a Lead Server, you will help create an exceptional dining experience for our residents while supporting the dining team.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent dining service to residents in the assisted living community
- Assist with coordinating and supporting the serving team during meal service
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and resident service
- Support team members and lead by example during service
- Assist with training or guiding new dining staff when needed
- Work collaboratively with the dining team to ensure smooth meal service
- Previous serving experience preferred, ideally in senior living, hospitality, or restaurant environments
- Demonstrated leadership or team support experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
- Positive and professional attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Compassion and patience when working with residents
- Ability to lead by example and support team members
- Commitment to providing excellent resident service
