- Assist residents entering and exiting the vehicle with care and patience
- Load and unload wheelchairs as needed
- Help residents feel comfortable, safe, and supported during outings
- Engage with residents throughout the day and become a familiar, friendly face in the community
- Support activities and light community tasks when not driving
- Clean driving record
- Friendly, patient, and dependable personality
- Ability to assist with wheelchairs and resident mobility needs
- Passion for working with seniors and creating positive experiences
- CDL preferred, but not required
