In this role, you will:
- Provide restaurant-style dining service with a warm, hospitality-focused approach
- Build meaningful relationships with residents during meal times
- Assist residents with special requests and individualized service needs
- Help create a welcoming, clean, and enjoyable dining atmosphere
- Work closely with the dining team to deliver exceptional service every day
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Ability to create positive resident relationships through patience and kindness
- Restaurant, server, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
