As a Server, you'll help create an exceptional dining experience for our residents by delivering friendly, attentive service every day.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide restaurant-style dining service with warmth and professionalism
- Build meaningful relationships with residents while creating an enjoyable mealtime experience
- Assist residents with meal selections and special dining requests
- Set up, serve, and clear tables efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room
- Work closely with the dining team to provide outstanding hospitality
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
- Ability to work a flexible Part-Time schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
