Mirabelle senior living provides award winning care for seniors in Miami, Florida.
The Engagement Director is responsible for leading the community's assisted living and memory care activity programs which include the development and implementation programming geared towards a variety of individual abilities and interests. This position also includes supervising other members of the activity staff.
A top-notch Engagement Director is someone who is creative and strategic when it comes to developing and implementing goals, able to quickly adapt when faced with change, energetic and able to positively influence others in a supportive manner, and customer service oriented with great written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and computer skills, as well as a team work attitude, are a must. Prior senior living experience is a plus, but not required.
We are seeking an energetic, creative, self-directed Engagement and Lifestyle Director. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing, supervising, and participating in activities in our senior living community.
