As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:
- Provide compassionate, personalized care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining as needed
- Observe, document, and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nursing team
- Encourage resident independence while promoting dignity and respect
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
- Partner with nurses and the care team to deliver exceptional resident-centered care
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience preferred
- Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Memory Care experience is a plus
- A compassionate heart, dependable work ethic, and passion for serving seniors
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
