As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide exceptional, person-centered care by:
- Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other activities of daily living
- Building meaningful relationships while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Providing compassionate support to residents living with memory loss and cognitive impairment
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being
- Encouraging participation in daily routines, activities, and social engagement
- Working closely with nurses and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding resident care
- Creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for residents and their families
We're looking for dependable, compassionate professionals who are committed to providing exceptional care.
Requirements:
- Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience as a CNA in senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, home health, or memory care
- Memory Care or dementia care experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A compassionate, patient, resident-first approach to care
