What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator position at The Aqueous Solution?
About The Aqueous Solution
At The Aqueous Solution, we're a small team that believes relationships matter as much as results. We help municipalities, commercial aquatic facilities, industrial customers, and water professionals solve real problems with dependable equipment and knowledgeable service. We don't believe in selling products just to make a sale—we believe in helping customers find the right solution.
Because we're a small company, every person on our team has a voice and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. We value people who take initiative, enjoy learning, follow through on their commitments, and genuinely care about helping customers succeed. When you join us, you're not just filling a position—you become an important part of our company's growth.
Why this role matters
You will help water system operators and managers keep critical drinking water, wastewater, aquatic, and industrial water systems operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. This is a hands-on role where your follow-through, customer communication, and willingness to learn have a visible impact on customers and company growth.
What You Will Build Here
If you enjoy sales, building relationships, and learning a specialized industry, this role gives you a clear path to grow. You will learn technical product lines, work directly with customers and vendors, support quotes and orders, and help expand the company's visibility through marketing and social media.
What is in it for you?
A stable weekday schedule, a small-company environment where your ideas can matter, training in a specialized equipment industry, and the chance to develop practical sales, marketing, and customer relationship skills.
