You’ll work directly with our VP of Finance on month-end close, project-based revenue recognition, and financial reporting. What You’ll Do
- Revenue Recognition & Projects: Manage project-based revenue recognition, track margins, and partner with project managers to validate % completion estimates
- Month-End Close: Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and close schedules; build project-level P&Ls and cash flow reports
- Reporting: Develop internal financial packages and ensure accuracy across ERP, HRIS, PSA, and T&E platforms
- Process Improvements: Enhance financial tracking, improve integrations, and streamline reporting workflows
- Audit & Compliance: Maintain GAAP-compliant records, support audits, and prepare documentation for tax and CPA reviews
What You Bring
- 4–6 years of accounting experience (agency, consulting, or accounting firm background a plus)
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Strong GAAP knowledge (ASC 606 & ASC 842)
- Experience with long-term or service-based revenue recognition
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks Online, and expense tools
- Strong attention to detail and a process-improvement mindset

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
