About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Recruiter to support hiring across our operations, production and creative teams. This is a mid-level role for someone who understands agency and event production environments and can identify and attract top talent for mid-to-senior level roles. You will partner closely with leadership to ensure hiring goals are met and keep our teams fully staffed with strong, capable professionals.

- Have experience recruiting for agency, production, or experiential marketing roles
- Have recruited mid-to-senior level talent
- Understand how live events and experiential programs are structured from strategy through execution
- Are highly proactive and skilled at sourcing passive candidates
- Are comfortable conducting in-depth candidate screenings and assessing both skill and cultural fit
- Can confidently partner with leadership to define role requirements and hiring strategy
- Thrive on organization, follow-through, and keeping processes moving
- Are proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and applicant tracking systems
Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do…
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with leadership to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategy
- Proactively source and engage candidates through networking, LinkedIn and industry outreach
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for mid-to-senior level roles across the organization
- Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidates against both skills and cultural fit
- Guide candidates through the interview process with clear, professional communication
- Maintain organized recruiting systems and track pipeline progress
- Provide regular updates on hiring status and market insights

Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
