Role Description The Apawamis Club is looking for an experienced Dining Room Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and create memorable dining experiences for our members and guests.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead and train a talented team of servers, bussers, and runners.
- Run pre-shift briefings and uphold fine dining standards.
- Partner with our kitchen and bar for seamless service.
- Support daily service and special events.
You bring:
- 2 years in upscale dining or club service, including 1 year supervising.
- Strong leadership and a calm presence under pressure.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods and to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; certifications such as ServSafe are an asset.
