Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Construction Worker to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to learn the construction trade. Under the supervision of experienced team members, you will assist with a variety of basic construction, maintenance, and repair tasks to support ongoing projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with general construction and maintenance projects.
- Perform construction containment setup and removal, including barrier installation, sealing, and cleanup to maintain safe and controlled work areas.
- Set up, clean, and organize job sites before and after work.
- Perform basic repairs and installations under supervision.
- Operate hand tools and simple power tools safely.
- Help measure, cut, and assemble materials as directed.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Report equipment issues or hazards to the supervisor.
- Perform other general labor tasks as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
