About the Role: Licensed Clinician
We are seeking passionate and skilled professionals to lead intensive outpatient groups and to provide individual therapy. This role is ideal for professionals eager to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and deliver high-quality, integrated care to clients facing complex mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions, fostering client engagement and utilizing evidence-based modalities.
- Conduct individual therapy sessions as part of comprehensive treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure personalized, high-quality care.
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation, meeting Joint Commission standards.
Qualifications:
- PhD, PsyD, or Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Unrestricted licensure to practice therapy in the State of Ohio.
- Experience facilitating IOP or PHP groups and working with diverse populations preferred.
- Proficiency in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT & ERP.
- Advanced training in ERP preferred.
- A commitment to cultural inclusivity, adaptability, and teamwork.
