Job Summary:
The Antlers at Vail is seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician II to join our team. This full-time role focuses on the upkeep of all building systems, guest units, and amenities. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel or facilities maintenance, with strong knowledge of mechanical systems and interior finishes. Schedule:
- Full-time, year-round
- Ideal shift: Friday – Tuesday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekend availability required
Pay & Benefits:
- $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance across hotel property
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems, boilers, and plumbing
- Operate and maintain pool systems and controls (CPO certification required)
- Perform general repairs, including drywall, painting, staining, and minor carpentry
- Support with remodeling and finish upgrades in guest units and common areas
- Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests from staff and guests
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- 2 years of maintenance experience (preferably in a hotel or resort setting)
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification required
- Skilled in interior finishes (painting, staining, general repair work)
- Knowledge of mechanical systems including boilers, HVAC, and pool controls
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties as required
