Job Summary
We are seeking experienced, motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team for both 1st and 2nd shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our new state-of-the-art manufacturing machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently. Your expertise will help ensure smooth production flow, adherence to safety standards, and precision in every task. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate new machinery.
- Read and interpret job order specifications to ensure accurate production. .
- Program and troubleshoot equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Handle materials safely.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to meet strict standards; document findings accurately.
- Use hand tools and fabrication tools for tooling adjustments or minor repairs when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with knowledge of machining processes.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Experience operating machines.
- Knowledge of quality measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers; strong attention to detail for precision work.
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations involved in manufacturing tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with factory experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills; capable of working independently or as part of a team on an assembly line or fabrication tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours on 1st or 2nd shift schedules.
- Must have a history of good work attendance.
