Receptionist

Location : Eden Prairie, MN

Job Type :

Full time, 30-35 hours per week, some Saturday mornings required

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
  • Assist with client intake and discharge
  • Process payments and maintain financial records
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to use proper spelling and grammar
  • Ability to uphold workplace culture and values
