The Animal Hospital at Lake Brandt has been proudly serving the Summerfield and Greensboro communities since 2006. Over the years, we've worked hard to establish a comprehensive system of care and, more importantly, to make visits with us a positive experience. Our clinic is accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association, a designation held by only 12% of veterinary clinics. As a result, our patients experience a level of medical care that is not offered anywhere else in our vicinity. The following position is available.
FULL TIME - LEAD Front Desk Receptionist / CSR
1 year of Veterinary Assistant experience required.
Previous lead/supervisor Veterinary CSR experience preferred.
FULL TIME- Approx 36-38 hours weekly. 4 weekdays. Occasional Saturday for vaccine clinics.
Medical, dental, and PTO available.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage front desk operations.
Train and mentor CSR staff
Oversee Scheduling
Oversee billing, payment processing, estimates, and invoice accuracy
Answering phones
Greeting client
Data entry
Scheduling appointments (Cornerstone)
Payment processing (Clover and Care Credit)
Reporting
Checking and responding to messages (text via PetDesk, email, and voicemail)
Cleaning front office and client areas
