Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards.
- Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks.
- Clean and maintain common areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring that linens are clean and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.
- Must work weekday/weekends and have open flexibility.
- Cross train in laundry department.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for motivated and eager to learn individuals.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
