Are you compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference? We are seeking dedicated caregivers to join our team in a hands-on role supporting individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in a residential setting.
Position Overview:
This is a direct care role providing total care support to residents. Our individuals require full assistance with daily living activities, and your work will have a direct, meaningful impact on their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide total care, including feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
- Administer medications as required
- Assist residents in achieving personal goals and daily activities
- Accurately document care and progress
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
Staffing & Environment:
- Staff-to-resident ratios range from 1:3 to 1:5, based on level of care
- Campus-style facility – multiple homes in one location
- No travel required between sites
Training:
- Paid Training
Schedule & Benefits:
- 12-hour shifts with set schedules (no rotating shifts)
- Benefits eligibility at 30 hours/week
- Benefits available after 90 days, including:

Education and/or Experience
Highschool Diploma or GED and one of the following:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
Two years related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Current Florida ID or Driver License
