Senior Commercial Relationship Manager
The Anderson Search Group has been engaged by a high-performing independent community bank, to identify a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager in Austin, Texas. This is a relationship-driven platform with local decision-making authority, strong credit support, and an entrepreneurial culture that allows bankers to compete and win against much larger institutions—without bureaucracy or red tape.
The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess:
- 5 years of commercial real estate or C&I lending experience
- Proven ability to generate new commercial loans and core deposits through self-sourced relationships
- Existing network in the Austin market with demonstrated business development success
- Strong credit acumen and experience structuring commercial deals
- Desire to operate in a relationship-driven, locally empowered banking environment
- College Degree
