Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Work with qualified buyers to find their ideal home in the Nashville area.
- Manage the entire buying process from consultation to closing.
- Conduct property tours, write offers, negotiate contracts, and advise clients every step of the way.
- Follow up relentlessly on leads provided by the team, as well as generate opportunities through your own prospecting.
- Track activities, conversions, and pipeline in our proven systems.
- A database that is a goldmine — thousands of leads and inbound opportunities every month.
- Full operations and transaction support so you can focus on clients and closings.
- Proven systems, processes, and accountability to keep you on track.
- A collaborative team environment recognized as one of Nashville Business Journal’s Best Places to Work (2023, 2024, 2025).
- Opportunities to build long-term wealth through real estate, not just close deals.
What We’re Looking For
- Active Tennessee real estate license.
- 1–3 years of real estate experience preferred, but we’re open to high-drive newer agents with a proven track record of hustle.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of personal accountability and the ability to follow through.
- Desire to grow, learn, and contribute to a team environment.
- Commission-based with earning potential of $100,000 annually.
