Job Title: Agile Project Manager (Azure DevOps Specialist)

Location: Remote (PST hours preferred)

Rate: $74-$76 per hour

Duration: Through 6/30/26 - expected to be a 18 month contract

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager with deep Azure DevOps expertise to lead Agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams. This role is pivotal in driving organizational agility, enabling innovation, and delivering scalable DevOps solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical proficiency with exceptional facilitation and coaching skills, ensuring teams adopt best practices and achieve measurable improvements. This position offers autonomy, high visibility, and the opportunity to make a rapid impact in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Agile Coaching & Framework Adoption

• Guide teams in adopting Agile practices and principles.
• Measure Agile framework effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and provide actionable recommendations for alignment.

Azure DevOps Management & Solution Design

• Create and track work items, manage dashboards, and design scalable story-pointing frameworks.
• Configure and integrate Azure DevOps with Power Platform and other Microsoft products (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange).
• Deliver Microsoft DevOps solutions for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.

Reporting & Data Visualization

• Develop and maintain custom dashboards in Azure DevOps and Power BI.
• Provide visibility into team performance, delivery metrics, and Agile maturity.

Collaboration & Communication

• Interface with clients on technical and business issues from initiation through delivery.
• Organize cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Provide training and documentation for Azure DevOps best practices.

Measurable Outcomes

• Successful implementation of Agile effectiveness metrics across multiple teams.
• Delivery of scalable story-pointing framework adopted organization-wide.
• Creation of actionable dashboards providing real-time visibility into delivery performance.
• Positive feedback from teams and stakeholders on Agile coaching and DevOps solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in project management and Agile delivery.
• 4 years of Azure DevOps experience (work item management, dashboards, queries).
• 4 years of Agile expertise, including coaching multiple teams.
• Proven experience integrating Azure DevOps with Power Platform solutions.
• Exceptional data visualization skills (Power BI).
• Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, Microsoft Certified Trainer.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in Agile story-pointing and sizing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Power Automate and advanced Power Platform integrations.
• Experience configuring managed connections with Microsoft products (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
