Responsibilities
- Prepare food items following standardized recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment
- Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure proper functionality
- Receive and verify incoming orders and supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Rotate stock to minimize waste and maintain freshness
- Conduct quality control checks on prepared dishes
- Cook orders accurately and timely
- Coordinate effectively with Front of House staff for smooth service
