This role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing outstanding support to our clients. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads.
- Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to generate new business.
- Provide product information, price quotes, and order status updates to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Previous experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred, not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
