Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Engage with guests to ensure a positive experience, providing knowledgeable recommendations and attentive service.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities efficiently, including basic math calculations for transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the bar area, adhering to food handling and safety protocols.
- Restock bar supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly throughout shifts.
- Assist with event setups such as banquets or catering functions when required.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or special events.
Skills
- Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred.
