Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, wine, bottle and can beer, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to create a positive experience that encourages repeat visits.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Skills
- Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transaction processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours without compromising quality.
- Ability to operate basic math for cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and accurate order processing.
