Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Clover.
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, taking orders, lottery, and answering questions about drinks and menu items, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and processing payments swiftly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs for replenishment to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
- Follow all food safety protocols and beverage regulations to promote a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
- Assist with serving drinks efficiently while managing multiple tables or bar stations.
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Clover POS for order entry and payment processing. We train
- Strong time people skills to handle busy service periods effectively while maintaining quality service.
- Excellent customer service abilities to create welcoming atmospheres that encourage repeat visits.
- Experience in fine dining or upscale food service environments is highly desirable.
