Position Summary
The OtoTechis AIB’s most important role as they directly interact with our patients and clients. Our OtoTechs perform AIB balance testing within our balance diagnostic clinics located inside our ENT or Neurology client offices.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a structured, routine-driven environment and brings a strong sense of stability and dependability to their work. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding patient and client service within our clinics.
- Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality.
- Demonstrate a strong adherence to routines and protocols, contributing to a high standard of clinic operations.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members, handling any interpersonal conflicts professionally and with emotional intelligence.
- Exhibit kindness and resourcefulness in addressing patient needs and clinic demands.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of patient care experience required.
- Associates degree is preferred.
- Past work history as EMT, Emergency Responder, Military, CNS, LPN, CMA or other medical extender work or training is preferred.
- Bilingual: Not required
- Experience working with computers; troubleshooting –enjoys working with new technology.
