All Florida Pool - Remodeling Crew Member

POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a full-time position and requires the employee to perform physical labor for prolonged periods of time, work in the field in the South Florida climate and follow instructions as provided for the task at hand. Experience in pool work, and construction trades such as masonry, plumbing, and demolition are helpful. The work requires frequent use of manual tools and powered equipment. Proper attire, safety equipment, and job site cleanliness are also required. Lifting, digging, loading, and demolition projects are to be expected. Must be able to work on a crew and display appropriate contact through interactions with co-workers, bystanders, and customers.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Making improvements to established commercial and residential pools & spas

• Demolition of tile & plaster finishes

• Adding and repairing subterranean plumbing

• Vacuum pools (as needed)

• Installation of pool equipment or fixtures and light construction of interior pool or spa features.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to occasionally lift 100 lbs. , repetitive bending, squatting, twisting, and standing

• Ability to swim

• Able to work weekends

• Able to work unsupervised

• Valid State Driver’s License

• Ability to pass MVR and background check

• Ability to work in extreme heat or cold for extended periods of time

COMPENSATION

$18.00 per Hour
