Currently seeking a HR Generalist for a full-time temporary position in Burlington, MA.
Responsibilities of HR Generalist include:
-Create new hire paperwork
-Provide support to new hire enrollments
-Maintain, file, and scan HR and personnel files
-Coordinate day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs
-Perform benefits administration tasks including new hire orientation, open enrollment, and retirement plan processes
-Support the annual open enrollment process for benefits
-Process payroll bi-weekly
-Assist employees with general HR questions
-Administer Company policies and procedures
-Perform other general HR and administrative tasks
Requirements of HR Generalist
-Must have ADP Workforce Now Experience
-Benefits administration experience a plus
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Great computer skills
-Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Hours: 9:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday can be flexible
Pay Rate: $30.00/hr based on experience
