Currently seeking a Customer Outreach Specialist for a part-time temporary position in Riverside, RI
Responsibilities of Customer Outreach Specialist
Make outbound calls to customers
Reinvigorate customer interest for those with declining sales numbers
Contact customer to ask if order needs to be placed
Transfer customers to sales team to close the sale
Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements of Customer Outreach Specialist:
-Customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred but not required
-Basic Computer skills
-Comfortable making high volume of outbound calls
-excellent phone etiquette
-Excellent communication skills with ability to follow a script
Hours 9:00am-2:00pm OR 10:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
