Currently seeking CNC Machinist Operator for a growing company in Stoughton, MA. These are full time, permanent opportunities! Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, 401K, Life insurance, FSA & HSA Responsibilities of CNC Machinist Operator:-Perform all assigned machine shop operations-Set up machinery following specifications and tolerances-Follow blue prints, established procedures and using inspection reports.-Complete milling, turning, drilling, tapping, de-burring, sawing and sanding tasks regularly-Examine and inspect the first article produced to ensure quality-Monitor the run throughout the cycle to ensure specifications are consistently met,-Maintain all tooling and machines-Consistently meet quotas without compromising quality-Report any safety or maintenance concerns-Recommend cost reduction procedures-Perform other related tasks as assigned Requirements of CNC Machinist Operator:-Minimum Highschool Diploma/Technical School or equivalent-10 years CNC experience-Short run/prototype experience required–Ability to interpret and read blueprints-Mechanically inclined-Good time management skills-Proficient communication skills PAY RATE : $34.00-$40.00/hr based on experienceHOURS: Second: 6:00AM- 2:30PM Monday-Friday Company DescriptionThe Alpha Group is one of Massachusetts largest privately owned staffing firms.
