Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Roland, AR, for a Server at The Alotian Club. The Server will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating an atmosphere of premium hospitality. Responsibilities include ensuring the needs of guests are met promptly, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and collaborating with team members to deliver seamless service. Adhering to the club's high standards of professionalism, the Server will also ensure that all members and guests feel welcome and well attended to during their visit.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in food and beverage service standards, including handling orders, serving meals, and addressing special requests with precision.

- Prior experience in fine dining or hospitality is preferred but not required.
