Hallmark Inns & Resorts is hiring a General Manager in beautiful Newport, Oregon.

We are seeking a hands-on hospitality leader with experience across hotel and food & beverage operations who leads day-to-day operations and works closely with senior leadership. Responsibilities:
- Create remarkable experiences with your colleagues and guests
- Support and oversee daily operations of the hotel and food & beverage outlets
- Lead, coach and develop department managers and supervisors
- Foster a positive, team-focused culture grounded in collaboration and accountability
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting and operational planning
- Partner with corporate leadership, vendors and community partners
- Support marketing, sales and operational initiatives
- Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and employees
Qualifications:
- Hospitality management experience across hotel and food & beverage operations
- Strong coaching and people-development skills
- Food & Beverage experience required
- Comfortable working within a collaborative leadership structure
- Strong communication, organization and time-management skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook); experience with WebRezPro and Toast preferred
- A growth mindset and openness to learning, feedback and shared leadership
