We are looking for a professional and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is essential to creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet clients and visitors
- Schedule consultations and manage calendars
- Assist with client intake and basic communication
- Maintain front office organization and cleanliness
- Scan, file, and organize documents
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, Microsoft Office)
