What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Administrator position at The Alliance Group?
This position will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a commercial real estate lease portfolio, ensuring lease terms, critical dates, financial obligations, and tenant/landlord requirements are accurately tracked and managed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and abstract commercial lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and related documents
• Maintain accurate lease data and critical dates within the lease administration system
• Track renewals, expirations, options, rent escalations, and other key lease provisions
• Review and reconcile CAM, operating expenses, real estate taxes, and other lease-related charges
• Monitor rent obligations and ensure accurate billing and payment information
• Research and resolve lease discrepancies and interpretation issues
• Coordinate with accounting, property management, legal, and other internal teams
• Maintain organized and accurate lease documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
• Prior commercial real estate lease administration experience required
• Strong understanding of commercial lease terminology and financial provisions
• Experience with lease abstraction and CAM reconciliations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Excel and lease administration/property management systems
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
