Location: Washington, DC Metro (Hybrid)

To further strengthen our market position, Alliance is launching a Partner Enablement & Strategic Alliances Program. This initiative will formalize our partner ecosystem, deepen relationships with PE sponsors, technology providers, and advisory networks, and drive measurable revenue growth.


Position Overview

The Director of Strategic Alliances & Partner Enablement will be responsible for architecting and scaling Alliance’s partner ecosystem from the ground up. This leader will design the program framework, recruit and onboard partners, establish co-sell and referral models, and track performance metrics tied to revenue growth.

The role requires a builder mindset: someone equally comfortable shaping long-term partner strategy and rolling up their sleeves to create onboarding materials, deal registration processes, and co-marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Design

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner strategy aligned with Alliance’s growth objectives.
  • Segment and prioritize partner types (SaaS providers, systems integrators, advisory networks).
  • Define engagement models (co-sell, referral, reseller, etc.) and associated incentive structures.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine Alliance’s partner value proposition.
  • Build 3-year revenue and resourcing plan for the partner program.


Externally facing activities

  • Drive and attend meetings with the leadership teams at our key partners and new partners to ensure continued updates on Alliance suite of offerings
  • Working with partners to promote and drive collaboration and events (happy hours, suites, co-lunches, and other activities to drive client engagement)
  • Attend conferences, events and other avenues for branding opportunities for the firm
  • Lead and manage meeting cadence with partners to include quarterly business reviews, status meetings, scoping calls, etc.


Enablement & Execution

  • Launch a scalable partner onboarding program (30–60–90-day framework).
  • Create co-brandable sales/marketing collateral, playbooks, and case studies.
  • Stand up a partner portal or hub for training, deal registration, and collateral.
  • Drive joint GTM campaigns with Marketing and ensure legal agreements are in place.


Partner Engagement & Revenue Growth

  • Recruit, onboard, and actively manage key strategic partners.
  • Establish joint business planning processes, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Drive pipeline contribution through referrals and co-sell opportunities.
  • Act as partner advocate within Alliance, ensuring needs are communicated across BD, delivery, and leadership teams.


Measurement & Optimization

  • Define and track KPIs such as:

- Partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue

- Number of partners onboarded/certified

- Time-to-first-deal

- Partner satisfaction and engagement

  • Utilize scorecards and reporting tools to evaluate partner performance.
  • Continuously refine partner strategies based on market feedback and performance data.


Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in partner enablement, channel management, or strategic alliances, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs in professional services, technology, or financial services industries.
  • Experience designing GTM motions with PE sponsors, SaaS platforms, or systems integrators.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build trusted C-suite relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset; skilled in revenue planning and KPI tracking.
  • Hands-on builder who thrives in environments without pre-existing playbooks.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to simplify complex ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Salary : $225,000 - $250,000
