ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop and implement revenue management and pricing strategies to optimize room revenue and overall profitability.
  • Analyze booking patterns, market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to adjust rates and inventory accordingly.
  • Maintain and update pricing and availability across all distribution channels.
  • Maintain records and track key performance indicators for profitability
  • Analyze competitors' market positioning, brand reputation, and unique selling propositions to understand strengths and weaknesses.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and budget analyses to senior management.
  • Monitor and manage the hotel's pricing integrity and rate parity across all platforms.
  • Utilize revenue management systems, property management systems, and channel managers to inform strategic decisions.
  • Evaluate group and transient business to ensure optimal mix and pricing strategies.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for ancillary revenue (ie packages, upgrades, upsells).


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 years of experience as a Revenue Manager in a HOTEL setting
  • Luxury 4-5 star hotel/resort experience a plus
  • Familiarity with yield management and forecasting.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
