The Allen Morris Company is seeking a highly intelligent, polished, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the President and executive leadership team. This role is a strategic partner to the President, responsible for managing priorities, driving execution, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate is poised, highly capable, and technologically savvy, with strong judgment and the confidence to operate on behalf of the President. This individual must be able to navigate a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, communicate effectively across all levels, and ensure that key initiatives move forward.


Key Responsibilities


Operational Coordination

  • Act as a central point of coordination between the President, executive team, internal departments, investors, and external partners.
  • Track key projects, deadlines, and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and supporting documentation for meetings and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain executive records, including professional licenses, certifications, and memberships, ensuring all renewals and requirements are met.

Executive & Strategic Support

  • Manage the President’s calendar with precision, prioritizing meetings and resolving conflicts in alignment with business objectives.
  • Attend meetings with the President, take clear and concise minutes, and proactively drive follow-ups and deliverables.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and expense management.

Relationship & Communication Management

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure clear communication and efficient collaboration.
  • Represent the President and the company with professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
  • Identify inefficiencies, remove obstacles, and implement solutions to improve workflow and execution.

Personal Support

  • Manage select personal matters for the President, including appointments, scheduling, and coordination of private engagements.
  • Maintain organized records of key contacts, preferences, and important dates.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Prior experience supporting senior executives is preferred, but not defined by tenure—capability, intelligence, and judgment are paramount.
  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly polished, professional, and confident in demeanor.
  • Technologically savvy with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort adopting new tools and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and follow through with authority.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.
