Position Summary

The Alignment Collective is seeking an Associate or Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our outpatient counseling team. This is a full-time, hybrid position with a consistent Tuesday through Friday schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Clinicians will work two days each week in person at one of our Portland locations, with the remaining days providing services via telehealth. In-person days may be selected based on clinician preference and clinic scheduling needs. The clinician will provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients, complete clinical documentation, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Compensation

This is a fee-for-service position with paid administrative time.

• $50-$75 per completed client session, depending on licensure, experience, and specialty training
• $25-$40 per hour for administrative time, depending on licensure and experience

Administrative time includes documentation, treatment planning, case consultation, staff meetings, and other approved clinical responsibilities.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy
• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required clinical documentation
• Maintain accurate and timely client records
• Participate in case consultation, supervision (if applicable), and staff meetings
• Collaborate with other clinicians and referral partners to support continuity of care
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Oregon licensing board requirements
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical environment

Qualifications

(Required)

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Current Oregon associate registration or independent clinical license, or the ability to obtain licensure/registration before employment
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team

(Preferred)

• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy
• Experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, or life transitions
• Training or interest in EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS, somatic therapies, perinatal mental health, or other evidence-based treatment approaches
• Commitment to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed care
