In this energetic role, you will coordinate all aspects of property listings, ensuring each one is accurately prepared and marketed effectively. Duties
- Manage the process of listing properties for sale, including facilitating signature of necessary documentation, scheduling photography, and preparing marketing materials.
- Coordinate with photographers, stagers, and vendors to schedule appointments with our agents and clients.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service through clear communication and timely updates, until they are under contract.
- Support agents with administrative tasks such as scheduling showings, maintaining organized property files, preparing for client appointments, and gathering feedback.
- Assist in office deliveries and errands. Perform vacant checks on listed properties. (mileage reimbursement offered)
- Assist the operations manager as needed with event coordination, meeting agendas, and social media.
- Answer office phone calls and direct the callers accordingly.
- General administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong marketing skills with familiarity in digital platforms and social media promotion. Ability to write complex listing descriptions and other creative writing.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage many files and clients at a time.
- Familiarity with basic computer programs such as Gmail/Calendar and Microsoft Office.
- Our ideal candidate will also be familiar with Docusign, Dropbox, Trello, and Canva.
- A team player – experience working on a small team preferred.
- Real estate experience is not required, but is strongly preferred.
